What happens if you have terminal cancer and you refuse to undergo chemotherapy?

You will die more quickly, but several of my friends refused Chemo as the side affects were awful. It only gives a few more months and you will feel ill.

You die sooner and either more or less miserably (Chemo is pretty sucky, but cancer can be really painful). On the bright side, you're probably going to spend less on medical bills. Chemo is hella expensive.

you'll just die faster. also you won't have to deal with the chemo side effects.
